The present invention relates to a cap fit for a vent pipe which facilitates the distribution and the sufficient supply of water to street trees, garden trees, ornamental trees, fruit trees and supply sufficient water to the same, comprising: an upper surface having a fountain shape； and an edge having protrusion formed thereon. The protrusion comprises: grooves formed over the entire length to facilitate the entry of water from outside to the inside the cap； and a doom unit at a central portion. The doom unit comprises: a plurality of holes perforated on an upper surface thereof； a hole formed on the upper central portion and having a plurality of cut units, wherein the cut units are formed toward the edge of the hole and in a radial shape to facilitate the bending of the edge of the hole, and thus a hose can be inserted easily. A plurality of holes are perforated on an accommodation unit formed between the doom unit and the protrusion so rain water can be drained easily from various areas on the upper surface of the cap simultaneously.본 발명은 식목한 가로수, 정원수, 조경수, 과실수 등에 급양과 급수를 용이하고 충분하게 공급할 수 있도록 상면은 분수대 모양으로 형성되고, 가장자리는 돌출되는 모양으로 턱부가 형성되어 있고, 턱부에는 그 길이 전체에 걸쳐 홈이 형성되어 뚜껑 외부의 물 유입이 용이하도록 구성되어 있고, 그 중앙은 돔부를 형성하고 있으며, 돔부의 상부에 여러 개의 구멍이 천공되어 있고, 상부 중앙에는 홀이 형성되어 홀의 가장자리 방향으로 여러 개의 절개부가 방사형으로 형성되어 홀의 가장자리는 용이하게 휠 수 있도록 형성되어 호스 등을 끼울 때, 용이하게 삽입될 수 있도록 형성되어 있으며, 돔부의 벽과 돔부과 턱부 사이의 수용부에는 여러 개의 구멍이 천공되어 뚜껑의 상면에서는 동시에 여러 곳에서 빗물 배출이 용이하도록 구성되어 있는 통기관의 뚜껑에 관한 것이다.
