The present invention discloses a Multi-Functional Wheelchair, which includes base frame, seat frame, elevation actuating mechanism and control mechanism. The base frame is mounted with front and rear wheels. The elevation actuating mechanism includes linear retractable actuator and two sets of toggle linkage assembly. Two ends of each toggle linkage assembly pivotally connect to the base frame and seat frame respectively. Two ends of the actuator pivotally connect to the junctions of the two toggle linkage assembly.
