The present invention regards an implanting device whose surface combines antibacterial activity so as to prevent periprosthetic infections and improved osteointegration capacity. In particular, the present invention regards an implantable device to be implanted in a human or animal body, wherein at least one part of the surface of said device is coated with a hyaluronic acid complex having a glycopeptide antibiotic. Optionally, the surface of said device is previously treated with collagen.La présente invention concerne un dispositif dimplantation dont la surface combine une activité antibactérienne, afin dempêcher des infections périprothétiques, et une capacité améliorée dostéointégration. En particulier, la présente invention concerne un dispositif implantable à implanter dans le corps humain ou le corps dun animal, dans lequel au moins une partie de la surface dudit dispositif est revêtue dun complexe dacide hyaluronique comprenant un antibiotique de type glycopeptide. De manière facultative, la surface dudit dispositif est préalablement traité par du collagène.
