The present invention relates to an apparatus, a method and a computer program for measuring visual fatigue caused by watching a video. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for measuring visual fatigue can comprise: a data collecting unit for collecting two or more pieces of visual fatigue measuring data among brainwave data, eye-blinking data, facial temperature data, and subjective evaluation data and a first characteristic data and a second characteristic data respectively corresponding to each of the two or more pieces of visual fatigue measuring data； a weighted value evaluating unit for using the first characteristic data and the second characteristic data to evaluate the weighted value of each of the pieces of visual fatigue measuring data； and a visual fatigue calculating unit for calculating visual fatigue by using the two or more pieces of visual fatigue measuring data collected and each weighted value. The present invention can converge the visual fatigue measuring data entered before and after viewing a three-dimensional display based on the fuzzy rule and can measure visual fatigue more accurately.본 발명은 영상 시청에 따른 시각 피로도를 측정하는 장치, 방법 및 컴퓨터프로그램에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 시각 피로도 측정 장치는 뇌파 데이터, 눈 깜박임 데이터, 얼굴 온도 데이터 및 주관적 평가 데이터 중 적어도 두 개의 시각 피로도 측정 데이터와, 상기 적어도 두 개의 시각 피로도 측정 데이터 각각에 상응하는 제1 특징 데이터 및 제2 특징 데이터를 수집하는 데이터 수집부, 상기 제1 특징 데이터 및 제2 특징 데이터를 이용하여 각각의 시각 피로도 측정 데이터의 가중치를 평가하는 가중치 평가부 및 상기 수집된 적어도 두 개의 시각 피로도 측정 데이터와, 각각의 가중치를 이용하여 시각 피로도를 산출하는 시각 피로도 산출부를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명은 3차원 디스플레이 시청 전과 시청 후의 입력되는 시각 피로도 측정 데이터들을 퍼지 룰을 기초로 융합하여 보다 정확한 시각 피로도를 측정할 수 있다.
