A kind of air dipelling disk includes: a pedestal, an air-dispersing mechanism and a back-stop mechanism. Pedestal has a upper surface, a lower surface, an air guide conduit unit and an outlet cell. Outlet cell includes the venthole at multiple formation what drop-centers. Air-dispersing mechanism includes a diffuser vane and a ring cowling. Back-stop mechanism connect with pedestal and including a connection unit and a unidirectional stopping unit. Connection unit has a hollow pipe portion to connect an appendix. Hollow pipe portion defines a channel and is connected with venthole and an air outlet passage is collectively formed.
