A gas diffusing disk comprises a base, a gas diffusing mechanism and a check mechanism. The base has an upper surface, a bottom surface, a gas guiding channel unit and a gas exhausting unit. The gas guiding channel unit is formed by recessing the upper surface and includes a central groove and a plurality of radiating grooves. The gas exhausting unit comprises a plurality of gas exhausting orifices. The gas diffusing mechanism comprises a gas diffusing plate and a ring cover. The check mechanism is connected with the base and comprises a connecting unit and a unidirectional stop unit. The connecting unit has a hollow tube part connected to a gas transporting tube. The hollow tube part defines a channel for communicating with the gas exhausting orifices and altogether forming a gas exhausting channel.
