These RNAi constructs are preferably self-delivering RNAi compounds of at least 12 contiguous nucleotides such as, sd-rxRNA molecules. These RNAi constructs are used in methods of treating dermal and fibrotic conditions, and in efficient in vivo delivery of RNAi compounds to the skin for gene silencing.
