PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe, ultrasonic measurement device, and ultrasonic image device capable of producing a C-mode image with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic probe 300 includes a shank 320, an ultrasonic transducer device 310 that is formed in the axial direction of the shank 320 and that transmits ultrasonic waves and receives ultrasonic echoes, and a cylindrical medium 330 that is formed to sheathe the shank 320 and ultrasonic transducer device 310, can be rotated about the shank 320, and is made of a member which transmits ultrasonic waves.
