The composition of claim 1 wherein the phosphorylated polyol has a structure Vgde n is an integer from about 16 to about 150 and R is an alkyl gruppu.4. The composition of claim 1 wherein the phosphorylated polyol has a structure VIgde n is an integer from about 16 to about 150 and R is an alkyl gruppu.5. The composition of claim 1 wherein the phosphorylated polyol containing at least two phosphate groups and one or more hydrophilic groups, has a structure XVIIIgde O-R b independently each occurrence is a phosphate group, a hydroxy group or polietilenefirnuyu gruppirovku.6. The composition of claim 1 wherein the nanosized metal oxide comprises an oxide superparamagnetic zheleza.7. The composition of claim 1 wherein the nanosized metal oxide is an oxide tantala.8. The composition of nanoparticles of claim 1, comprising: a core of iron oxide nanodispersnogo iobolochku containing phosphorylated polyol containing at least two phosphate groups, wherein at least two phosphate groups occupy positions in phosphorylated n1.
