PURPOSE: Directly roasted rice cake is provided to produce the rice cake by directly roasting with fire, and to extend the storage period.CONSTITUTION: A producing method of directly roasted rice cake comprises the following steps: steaming the rice cake and roasting the rice cake made of glutinous rice at 300 deg. C for 5-10 minutes, and roasting the rice cake made of non-glutinous rice at 300 deg. C for 3-7 minutes.
