The present invention relates to an ionically cross-linkable alginate-grafted hyaluronate reformer, which contains alginate and hyaluronate, wherein the alginate and hyaluronate form a covalent bond. The use of the present invention can easily cross-link the hyaluronate by adding a divalent cation without a chemical cross-linking agent.본 발명은 알긴산 및 히알루론산을 포함하고, 상기 알긴산과 히알루론산이 공유결합을 형성하고 있는 이온 가교성 알긴산-그래프트화 히알루론산 개질체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 이용하면, 화학적 가교제를 사용하지 않고 2가 양이온을 첨가하여 히알루론산을 손쉽게 가교시킬 수 있다.
