The present invention provides a method for producing a composition for preventing and alleviating male menopause, containing an extract containing male hormones extracted from the testis of rainbow trout as an active ingredient. The method comprises: a first step of producing fake male rainbow trout through a sexual conversion technique among dielectric breeding techniques； a second step of extracting the testis of fake male rainbow trout； a third step of homogenizing and pulverizing the extracted testis, and extracting a solvent； and a fourth step of centrifuging testis tissue shredded solids and separating a filtrate through a filter. According to the present invention, an extract of the testis of fake male rainbow trout in an aged time containing male hormones contains average 69 ng of testosterone per 1 gram of the testis. The size of the testis accounts for average 9.6% of a weight, and thus can produce natural extracts containing a large amount of male hormones.
