The present invention relates to a surgical robot capable of changing positions of surgical instruments by combining a plurality of flexible shafts attached to the front end of a surgical instrument into a single shaft assembly in such a way to allow translational, rotational and flexural movements for each of the flexible shafts in addition to allowing the shaft assembly to rotate, thereby allowing an appropriate surgical instrument for the affected area to be selected and used by means of a rotation rather than by attaching and detaching the surgical instrument to change the position thereof.
