PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a rotation structure provided between a fixed frame and a rotating side frame of a bedside.SOLUTION: A frame rotation structure of a bedside comprises: a pressing operation part whose upper end protrudes upward and whose base end is inserted into a movable side cylinder part an operation member extending downward while being fixed to the pressing operation part, and capable of moving upward and downward inside a rotary shaft part supported pivotally in a fixed side cylinder part a lifting engagement part for restricting and locking the rotation of the rotary shaft part by engaging with a fixed engagement receiving part and a combination of a guide part and an engaging projection part, which separates the lifting engagement part from the fixed engagement receiving part and maintains a lock release posture.
