A medical device for receiving ECG and physiological sound is disclosed herein and includes a main body and a conductive wire. The main body includes a shell, a voice receiving module, a voice collecting chamber and a probe. The shell includes a first opening and a second opening. The first opening is opposite to the second opening. The voice receiving module is disposed within the shell and includes an interface. The interface is exposed on the first opening. One end of the voice collecting chamber is coupled to the second opening of the shell and the other end of the voice collecting chamber is coupled to the probe. The conductive wire includes a terminal able to be coupled to the interface of the voice receiving module.
