There is provided a medical device that collects electrocardiogram and physiological sound, comprising a body and a wire. The main body comprises a casing, a sound collecting module, a sound receiving room and a probe. The housing includes a first opening and a second opening, the first opening being disposed opposite the second opening. The sound collecting module is received in the housing and includes an interface exposed outside the first opening. One end of the sound receiving chamber is engaged with the second opening of the housing, and the probe is coupled to the other end of the sound receiving chamber. The wire includes a terminal that is engageable with the interface of the sound collection module.
