A use of an extract of germinated brown rice in the manufacture of a medicament, a healthy product or a nutrient supplement against inflammatory is disclosed. The extract of germinated brown rice is obtained by extracting a germinated brown rice sample by 90-99% ethanol at 30-40℃ for 10-15 hours.一種發芽米萃取物的用途,係用以製備抗發炎的藥物、保健食品或營養補充品,其中,該發芽米萃取物係以乙醇濃度為90~99%之乙醇水溶液作為一萃取溶劑,於30~40℃之溫度下萃取一發芽米樣品10~15小時所獲得。
