According to the present invention, a crop cultivation system includes: a cell module (10) conducting growth and development in a state in which a mushroom cultivation medium is loaded； an air conditioning module (20) controlling temperature and humidity required for the growth of mushrooms through the cell module (10)； a guide rail (30) placed in the cell module (10)； an automatic loading robot (40) repeatedly transferred along the guide rail (30)； and a conveyor module (60) arranging and transferring a pallet in which the mushroom medium is placed.
