The present invention is to hygienically prepare ice cream on the spot by using an immediate ice cream preparing apparatus when ice cream is prepared using milk and yogurt. More particularly, the present invention relates to a spiral type rotary agitator for a ice cream cooling cylinder, wherein the rotary agitator is hygienic, enhances the discharging force through an inlet nozzle, and improves the agitating capability, thereby discharging ice cream with the enhanced discharging force, when the ice cream is prepared on the spot by using the ice cream preparing apparatus. According to the present invention, a cooling cylinder body of an immediate ice cream preparing apparatus is constituted by integrally coupling a coolant binding member (11) at the front side, a shaft binding member (12) at the rear side, an agitating blade (20), a spiral type rotary agitating body (10), a U-shaped coolant pipe 60, and a coupling. A plurality of horizontal poles (13) are coupled with the coolant binding member (11) and the shaft binding member (12) through wielding. The agitating blade (20) has a plate type, and is rotated on the horizontal blades. The spiral type rotary agitating body (10) is spirally arranged from the end of a lateral surface of the coolant binding member (11) to the shaft binding member by two and half rotations. A main discharging blade is wielded to the coolant binding member (11) from the rear portion with which the agitating blade (20) is bound to the tip of the external periphery while first and second discharging blades are wielded to the coolant binding member (11) at the same angle as the main discharging blade. The U-shaped coolant pipe (60) is integrally fixed to the coolant binding member (11). In the coupling, a rotary shaft 30 is integrally coupled with the cooling cylinder body.
