PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic surgical instrument including a pipe that can be inhibited from being curved and can be covered with a reinforcement sleeve drawn out by a required length during operation work.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic surgical instrument 10 for work in an eyeball includes: a body part 15 comprising an open hole； a reinforcement sleeve 13 in contact with an internal surface of the open hole of the body part 15； a pipe 12 that passes through the inside of the reinforcement sleeve 13 and has a tip from which a work part 11 protrudes； and a movement member 17 that is connected to the pipe 12 and slides in an axial direction of the ophthalmic surgical instrument to slide the pipe 12. The reinforcement sleeve 13 comprises a first sliding mechanism capable of sliding in the axial direction of the ophthalmic surgical instrument； the pipe 12 comprises a second sliding mechanism capable of sliding in an axial direction of vitreous body forceps. Each of the first and second sliding mechanisms is an independent mechanism that receives no influence from the other sliding mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】 手術作業中に、パイプが湾曲することを防ぐことができ、さらに、補強スリーブを必要な長さだけ引き出してパイプに被せることができる眼科用手術器具を提供する。【解決手段】 眼球内で作業する眼科用手術器具１０であって、貫通孔を備える本体部１５と、その本体部１５の貫通孔の内面に接する補強スリーブ１３と、その補強スリーブ１３の内側を通り、先端から作業部１１が突出しているパイプ１２と、そのパイプ１２に接続され、眼科用手術器具の軸方向に摺動することでパイプ１２を摺動させる移動部材１７を有し、補強スリーブ１３が眼科用手術器具の軸方向に摺動できる第１の摺動機構、及び、パイプ１２が硝子体用鑷子の軸方向に摺動できる第２の摺動機構を備え、第１及び第２の摺動機構は、いずれも他方の摺動機構の影響を受けない独立の摺動機構であることとする。【選択図】 図１
