PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone plate, finely adjusting the moving distance of a fractured part, quantifying the moving amount and being utilized for both bringing fractured parts apart from and closer to each other.
SOLUTION: This bone plate 1 includes a plate-like body extended in a direction over bone parts separated into two or more, and integrates the bone parts separated into two or more with each other by fixing at least both ends thereof. The body includes a slide mechanism 25, and the slide mechanism 25 includes: a slide oblong hole 3 formed extending in a slide direction at the position of one of the bone parts of the body, the interior thereof being provided with a cam receiver 32 and a pin 40 inserted in the slide oblong hole 3 and provided with a head part constituting a cam 42 engaged with the cam receiver 32 and a leg part 45 entering the bone part. The slide mechanism 25 slides the bone part where the pin 40 enters to slide in the sliding direction by the rotation of the pin 40.
