The present invention relates to a composition of an essential oil extracted from a sample mixture of Chamaecyparis obtusa, Thuja orientalis L., and Abies koreana WILS. According to the present invention, the inhalation of an essential oil that is extracted via steam distillation from a sample containing Chamaecyparis obtusa leaves, Thuja orientalis L. leaves, and Abies koreana WILS. leaves in a weight ratio of 1 : 1 : 1, increases the concentration effect of a brain by increasing brain wave indicators in the left prefrontal cortex (Fp1) of the brain, ratio of SMR-Mid beta to theta (RSMT), relative beta power spectrum (RB), and ratio of mid beta to theta (RMT), and also by increasing a brain wave indicator in the left temporal lobe region (T3) of the brain, absolute fast alpha power spectrum (AFA). Accordingly, the composition of the present invention may be widely applied in the field of aromatherapy and aromacology requiring mental concentration.본 발명은 편백나무, 측백나무, 구상나무 혼합시료로부터 추출한 정유 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 편백나무 잎, 측백나무 잎, 구상나무 잎을 1:1:1 중량 비율로 혼합한 시료를 수증기증류법으로 추출한 정유를 흡입하였을 때 뇌의 좌측 전전두엽 부위(Fp1)에서 뇌파 지표인 RSMT (ratio of (SMR~Mid beta) to theta), RB (relative beta power spectrum), RMT (ratio of mid beta to theta)를 증가시키고, 또한 뇌의 좌측 측두엽 부위(T3)에서 뇌파 지표인 AFA(absolute fast alpha power spectrum)를 증가시켜 뇌의 집중효과를 증가시키므로 정신집중을 요하는 아로마테라피와 아로마콜로지 분야에 광범위하게 적용될 수 있다.
