The present invention relates to an apparatus for managing cultivation of eatable perennial roots of Herbaceous ornamental, bulbs and tubers. According to the present invention, the apparatus includes: a water containing plant pot that contains a water absorbing member, filled therein, and includes an outlet and a stopper which adjust a water level and are formed on an outer side of the water containing plant pot； a growing soil member which is located on an upper side of the water absorbing member to allow the eatable perennial roots of Herbaceous ornamental, the bulbs and the tubers to be planted thereon and maintains stable growth； a separation member which is located between the water absorbing member and the growing soil member to separate the water absorbing member and the growing soil member and is made of a moisturizing material； a water escaping prevention member which is arranged on the growing soil member and is made of a moisturizing material； and a water supplying member which is in the cylindrical shape and quickly supplies water to the water containing plant pot.본 발명은 이동 가능한 수조화분에 수분흡수부재를 50%정도 채우고 그 위에 혼합용토(배양토에 선택적으로 고형비료 포함 또는 유기농발효 혼합용토)로 구성된 생육용토부재를 상층부까지 충진하고 수분흡수부재와 생육용토부재 간에 격리시키는 격리부재를 마련하므로 식용의 숙근 초화류 및 구근류 식물을 발근 및 착근시키고 휴면가능 온도로 저온처리하여 40%~50%정도의 항시 담액상태에서 식용의 숙근 초화류 및 구근류 식물을 안정적으로 생육시키도록 한 식용의 숙근 초화류 및 구근류를 위한 재배관리기에 관한 것이다. 본 재배관리기는 항시 담액상태를 유지하여 식용식물에 해당하는 상기 식용의 숙근 초화류 및 구근류에게 수분을 제공하기 위해 바닥으로부터 일정한 높이만큼 수분을 흡수하는 펄라이트와 난석을 포함하여 구성된 수분흡수부재가 충진되어 있고, 그 외측면에 상기 식용의 숙근 초화류 및 구근류가 발근되면 40%~60% 정도의 물을 수용하도록 수위를 조절하는 유출공과 마개가 형성되어 있는 수조화분과； 상기 수분흡수부재의 상측에 위치하여 수조화분에 상부까지 혼합용토(배양토와 고형비료 등)가 충진되어 있으며, 상기 식용의 숙근 초화류 및 구근류를 식재하여 근권부를 착근시키고, 안정적인 생육을 유지하기 위한 생육용토부재와； 상기 수분흡수부재와 생육용토부재 사이에 위치하여 이들을 격리하며, 상기 수조화분의 담액상태의 수분을 상기 식재된 식용의 숙근 초화류 및 구근류에게 전달하고, 상기 수분흡수부재로부터 수분을 함침하기 위한 부직포, 펄프소재, 면소재, 광목소재 중 어느 하나로 형성되는 보습소재로 이루어진 격리부재와； 상기 생육용토부재의 노출을 차단하기 위하여 그 생육용토부재 상에 마련되고, 스스로가 일정량의 수분을 함침하여 상기 생육용토부재가 촉촉하도록 그 수분이 이탈되는 현상을 방지하는 보습소재로 이루어진 수분이탈방지부재와
