This invention relates to a liquid delivering and heating device, which includes a box body, a refrigerating/heating chip and a handheld electric generator. The interior of the box body forms an accommodating space, and is equipped with a first hole, a second hole and a third hole. The refrigerating/heating chip is equipped in the accommodating space, which has a heating surface. The tube of intravenous drip can be inserted through the first hole and passes through the top of the heating surface that will heat the liquid in the tube. The heating surface then extends out from the second hole after heating the liquid in the tube. Thus, the temperature of the liquid in the tube can be increased so as to reduce the risk of hypothermia of patient by preventing the temperature of liquid delivered into human body from being too low.本發明係為一種輸液加溫裝置,係包含一盒體、一冷熱晶片及一手持式發電機,該盒體內部係形成一容納空間,且該盒體上係分別設有一第一孔、一第二孔及第三孔,該冷熱晶片係設置於該容納空間內,且該冷熱晶片係設有一加熱面,而點滴用之導管可穿過該第一孔,並經過該加熱面上方,該加熱面加溫導管內的液體後,從該第二孔穿出,藉此導管內的液體溫度提高,可減少因輸入人體的液體溫度過低而發生病患體溫失溫的風險。
