The present invention relates to a drying apparatus with ultra-high power saving capabilities by using a dew condensation phenomenon. More specifically, the drying apparatus collects and discharges the dew condensed and formed in a drying apparatus body from moisture generated in an agricultural product drying operation and circulates the heat for drying the agricultural products in the internal space to execute a drying operation. According to the present invention, the drying apparatus includes: a body sealed from the outside； a tilted plate which is formed on the upper end of the body, with a high center, has front and rear surfaces with a low tilt angle, and flows the water drops in a downward direction when the water drops are formed on the ceiling surface due to the dew condensation phenomenon of the moisture generated while drying the agricultural products； a base plate which is arranged on the lower end of the tilted plate and has a path formed on an edge to guide the water drops flowing down along the tilted plate to an internal space of the body； a drying box which is individually separated and manufactured from the body, is installed to arrange the left and right surfaces, floor surface, rear surface spaced apart from the body when being inserted and fixed in the body, has multiple movement paths formed on the walls while having an upper end with a suction hole； a circulation fan which is arranged on the upper end of the suction hole of the drying box, flows the heat generated by rod heaters on the left and right to the space between the inner walls of the body and the outer walls of the drying box by using an outlet, and draws the heat to the suction hole when the heat dries drying targets while being drawn into the drying box through the movement paths to circulate the heat back to the outlet； and a discharging hose which is connected to the floor surface of the body and discharges the moisture generated when drying the drying targets to the outside.본 발
