PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil improving the adhesion property to a region to be radiographed, and a magnetic resonance imaging system having the coil.SOLUTION: The coil 13 includes a headrest 52, coil element housing members 53 and 54, presser members 57 and 58, and presser member support bases 59 and 60. The presser members 57 and 58 are slidably supported to the presser member support bases 59 and 60 respectively.
