PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method and device for administrating a trace amount of medicine to a part in the tiny organ of a small animal for a medical experiment on a living body as an object.SOLUTION: The medicine administration device for administering a medicine to an object has a guide cannula and a medicine injection tube to be inserted in its lumen. A guide cannula and the medicine injection tube are configured such that (1) the medicine injection tube has a distal end part having a discharge port for discharging the administered medicine to the object and is inserted in the lumen of the guide cannula in such a way that the discharge port is adjacent to the object； and (2) the guide cannula is implanted into the organ toward the object, guides the medicine injection tube along the lumen, allows the medicine injection tube to protrude from the distal end part of the guide cannula, support the medicine injection tube, and fix the implantation depth of the guide cannula in the organ in the state that the guide cannula is implanted into it, and becomes small enough with respect to the insertion depth of the medicine injection tube. Dynamic damage of the object caused by the implantation of the guide cannula and insertion of the medicine injection tube is minimized.
