PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine administration device which can prevent clogging of a spraying port of a medicine.SOLUTION: A medicine administration device 10 for administering a medicine to the inside of a body cavity includes: a medicine container 20 for housing the medicine M； a medicine delivery means 30 for delivering the medicine from the medicine container 20； a first guide tube 40 which has a spraying port 43a at a tip end and guides the medicine M delivered from the medicine container 20 to the spraying port 43a； and a second guide tube 50 for introducing a gas for pneumoperitoneum delivered from a gas supply source. A tip end of the second guide tube 50 is connected to the first guide tube 40 so that a passage of the medicine M communicates a passage for the gas for pneumoperitoneum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
