PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preventive agent which can be expected to inhibit a nonaqueous glucan generation leading to dental caries, periodontal disease, and oral odor, and inhibit a dental plaque generation in order to solve the problem that a fluorine system has a fear of causing fluorosis, such as mottled tooth, and also has an aspect of questionable efficacy of preventive agents for dental caries of fluorine, though a preventive agent containing a fluorine system, a bactericide and the like have been conventionally used for preventing dental caries, periodontal disease, and mouth odor.SOLUTION: Dental caries, periodontal disease, and mouth odor can be expected to be prevented by adding cyclodextran and nanosized soybean unsaturated fatty acid to inhibit a generation of dental plaque and prevent growth of dental caries bacteria and periodontal disease bacteria.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来、虫歯、歯周病、口臭予防においては、フッ素系や殺菌剤等含有された予防剤が用いられてきた。フッ素系は、斑状菌などのフッ素症などを起こす恐れがあり、フッ素の虫歯予防効果も疑問視される面もある。虫歯、歯周病、口臭の原因となる非水溶性グルカン生成の阻止、そして歯垢生成の阻止を出来る予防剤が期待されていた。【解決手段】サイクロデキストランとナノ化された大豆不飽和脂肪酸を添加することで、歯垢の生成を阻止でき虫歯菌、歯周病菌の増殖を抑え虫歯、歯周病、口臭予防が期待できた。
