PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cover, forming a tip hood whose projecting length from the tip of an endoscope can be adjusted by simple operation during endoscopic observation, and an endoscope apparatus including the endoscope cover.
SOLUTION: The endoscope cover 30 includes: an inside cover 32: and an outside cover 34 superposed on the inside cover 32. The outer peripheral surface 32O of the inside cover 32 is provided with an engagement groove 32G, and a projection 34P is provided on the inner peripheral surface 34I of the outside cover 34. While the engagement position of the projection 34P with the engagement groove 32G is shifted, the inside cover 32 and the outside cover 34 are slid each other, thereby projecting the outside cover 34 from the tip face 20T of the endoscope 20. The projecting part 36 whose length L can be adjusted by the above operation can be utilized as the tip hood.
