PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling sheet attachable to clothing which has excellent cooling and cold insulation effects and is not sticky even when placed in contact with parts to be cooled such as human skin.SOLUTION: The cooling sheet attachable to clothing has at least a gel substrate layer, a support layer and an adhesive layer, and has a layered structure wherein the layers are laminated in that order. The cooling sheet attachable to clothing is used by attaching it to clothing so that a part or the whole of the surface of the gel substrate layer not in contact with the other layers is placed directly in contact with a part to be cooled.
