PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling sheet having good feeling of coolness, excellent cooling effect, and good availability capable of inhibiting pain caused by the feeling of coolness and a method for adding the feeling of coolness.SOLUTION: A cooling sheet includes a support body 1 permeable at a skin side, an intermediate substrate 2, and a support body 3 at a cloth side, and the intermediate substrate 2 contains water, a polymer compound, and a volatile compound, and the support body 3 at the cloth side contains at least an adhesive layer 6 and a water permeation preventing layer 5.
