PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sling sheet for stably holding and lifting the head and neck of a person to be cared who is too weak to support the neck.SOLUTION: The sling sheet 10 comprises a base cloth having a sufficient length in the upper direction to fit an estimated maximum height of a person to be cared and a pillow 16 having a vertical length of 7-15 cm which supports the occipital region of the person to be cared while preventing sinking of the occipital region into the base cloth. The pillow is attached to an upper end of the base cloth such that the attached position cannot be changed, and the longitudinal position of the pillow 16 is adjusted to the actual height of the person to be cared by winding the upper part of the base cloth around the pillow 16.
