PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic stably containing disintegrative particles and excellent in use feeling.
SOLUTION: The gel cosmetic comprises (A) a disintegrative particle wherein water-insoluble primary particles are bonded together by a water-soluble binder, (B) 15-70 mass% polyhydric alcohol, (C) a thickening polymer compound having carboxy, (D) <1 mass% water-soluble salt and (E) water, and has a pH of 4-9.
