One embodiment of the present invention relates to an integrated artificial cochlear implant and to a method for manufacturing same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a sound detection unit, a signal processing unit, and an electrode array unit can be integrally formed on a substrate using MEMS technology. Therefore, the integrated artificial cochlear implant according to the embodiment of the present invention can be reduced in size by forming one single chip-type module and can be manufactured in quantity by means of a batch process based on MEMS technology.Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un implant cochléaire artificiel intégré et son procédé de fabrication. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, une unité de détection de son, une unité de traitement de signal et une unité de réseau d'électrodes peuvent être formées d'un seul tenant sur un substrat à l'aide d'une technologie de système microélectromécanique (MEMS). Ainsi, l'implant cochléaire artificiel intégré selon le mode de réalisation de la présente invention peut être réduit en dimension par formation d'un unique module de type puce et peut être fabriqué en quantité au moyen d'un processus discontinu basé sur technologie MEMS.본 발명의 일실시예는 일체형 인공와우 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명의 일실시예는 MEMS 기술을 이용하여 음향 감지부, 신호 처리부 및 전극 어레이부를 기판에 일체로 형성할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 일체형 인공와우는 싱글 칩 타입으로 하나의 모듈을 형성하여 제품의 소형화를 구현할 수 있고, MEMS 기술에 의해 일괄 공정으로 제조하여 대량 생산을 구현할 수 있다.
