The present invention relates to a prostate cancer metastasis inhibiting composition containing a Gleditsia sinensis thorn (GST) extract. More specifically, the present invention relates to a prostate cancer metastasis inhibiting composition using a GST extract, a prostate cancer metastasis inhibiting anticancer agent composition including the same, and a food composition for preventing and alleviating a prostate cancer metastasis. A water extract of a GST is applied as an active ingredient, and thus expression of 21 integrin is selectively inhibited. Accordingly, a collagen corresponding adhesion and migration step which is an important step of a prostate cancer cell metastasis is specifically weakened. Therefore, even with a low administration amount which does not cause cytotoxicity, a metastasis of prostate cancer cells can be effectively inhibited.본 발명은 조각자 가시(Gleditsiasinensis thorn； GST) 추출물을 함유하는 전립선암(Prostate cancer) 전이(Metastasis) 억제용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 조각자 가시의 물 추출물을 유효성분으로 적용함으로써, α2β1 인테그린(α2β1 integrin)의 발현을 선택적으로 저해하여 전립선 암세포 전이의 중요한 한 과정인 콜라겐(Collagen) 대응 부착(Adhesion) 및 이동(Migration) 과정을 특이적으로 약화시킴에 따라 세포독성을 유발하지 않는 낮은 투여량으로도 전립선 암세포의 전이를 효과적으로 억제할 수 있는, 조각자 가시 추출물을 이용한 전립선암 전이 억제용 조성물, 이를 포함하는 전립선암 전이 억제용 항암제 조성물, 및 전립선암 전이의 예방 및 개선용 식품 조성물에 관한 것이다.
