The present invention relates to a dual cylinder-type biopsy device including a housing, a first cylinder where an inner needle having a tissue sampling groove is fixed, the first cylinder being disposed to be linearly movable in the housing, a second cylinder where a cannula coupled with an outer circumference of the inner needle is fixed, the second cylinder being disposed to be linearly movable between the housing and the first cylinder, first and second locking portions that restrict the respective movements of the first and second cylinders when the first and second cylinders retract in the housing, a compression spring that is disposed between the first cylinder and a rear end of the housing and launches the first cylinder when the locking of the first locking portion is released, and a tensile spring that is disposed between a front end of the housing and the second cylinder and launches the second cylinder when the locking of the second locking portion is released. According to the present invention, a biopsy device can be obtained that is compact in configuration and has a simple mechanism using the tensile spring, the compression spring, and the dual cylinders.본 발명은 하우징과, 조직 채취홈이 형성된 내침이 고정되며 상기 하우징 내에 직선 이동 가능하게 설치되는 제1실린더와, 상기 내침의 외주에 결합된 캐뉼라가 고정되며 상기 하우징과 제1실린더의 사이에 직선 이동 가능하게 설치되는 제2실린더와, 상기 제1 및 제2실린더가 상기 하우징 내에서 후퇴하였을 때 상기 제1 및 제2실린더의 이동을 각각 구속하는 제1 및 제2록킹부와, 상기 제1실린더와 상기 하우징의 후단 사이에 설치되며 상기 제1록킹부의 록킹 해제시 상기 제1실린더를 발사시키는 압축 스프링, 및 상기 하우징의 전단과 상기 제2실린더 사이에 설치되며 상기 제2록킹부의 록킹 해제시 상기 제2실린더를 발사시키는 인장 스프링을 포함하는 이중 실린더형 생검 장치에 관한 것으로서, 인장 스프링과 압축 스프링 및 이중 실린더를 이용하여 단순한 메커니즘을 가지면서 컴팩트한 구성의 생검 장치를 구현한 효과가 있다.
