The present invention relates to a specimen collecting device, including a first housing, which has a first chamber a fixing base accommodated in the first chamber of the first housing, in which the internal of the fixing base is sequentially provided with a first spring, a driving block, a piston, and a dual connecting rod from the bottom side to the outer side, the first spring being disposed between the bottom side of the fixing base and the driving block, the piston being disposed in the driving block, one end of the dual connecting rod being fixed to the piston, the other end of the dual connecting rod being fixed to the fixing base and provided with a firing button and a needle withdrawing button, wherein the firing button is fixed to the fixing base via a shaft member, and the fixing base includes a first oblique block and a second oblique block and a second housing connected with the first housing and having a second chamber that is provided therein with a connecting base, a needle withdrawing rod, a second spring, a firing base, and a collecting needle, in which one end of the needle withdrawing rod contacts the needle withdrawing button and the other end of the needle withdrawing rod penetrates the firing base. The second spring is provided between the needle withdrawing rod and the firing base.
