The present invention relates to a melittin-anticancer conjugate, in which the melittin is combined with an anticancer agent, and relates to a method of connecting the melittin and the anticancer agent to prepare a melittin-anticancer conjugate. The conjugate of the present invention is an anticancer substance targeting M2-type tumor-associated TAMs, and thus has an excellent effect of selectively selecting M2-type tumor-associated TAMs, and may be used for drug delivery targeting M2-type tumor-associated macrophages in the future. .본 발명은 멜리틴이 항암제와 결합된, 멜리틴-항암제 결합체에 관한 것으로, 멜리틴 및 항암제를 연결하여, 멜리틴-항암제 결합체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 결합체는 M2형 종양관련 TAM을 타겟팅하는 항암 물질로써, M2형 종양관련 TAM 선택적으로 선별하는 우수한 효과를 나타내므로, 향후 M2형 종양관련 대식세포을 타겟팅 하는 약물 전달 용도로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
