The present invention relates to a cell-penetrating peptide derived from telomerase, a conjugate of the cell-penetrating peptide with an anticancer agent, and a composition comprising the conjugate. An effective means for transferring a cancer-specific anticancer agent can be provided by using the cell-penetrating peptide according to the present invention. More particularly, by preparing the conjugate of the present invention wherein the cell-penetrating peptide and the anticancer agent are combined, the application concentration of a conventional anticancer agent can be reduced and cancer specificity can be provided, and thus an effect of reducing side effects during the treatment process can be obtained.La présente invention concerne un peptide de pénétration cellulaire dérivé de la télomérase, un conjugué du peptide de pénétration cellulaire avec un agent anticancéreux et une composition comprenant le conjugué. Il est possible de fournir un moyen efficace de transfert d'un agent anticancéreux spécifique au cancer en utilisant le peptide de pénétration cellulaire selon la présente invention. Plus particulièrement, la préparation du conjugué de la présente invention, dans lequel le peptide de pénétration cellulaire et l'agent anticancéreux sont combinés, permet de réduire la concentration d'application d'un agent anticancéreux classique et d'obtenir une spécificité par rapport au cancer, ce qui a pour effet de réduire les effets secondaires pendant le processus thérapeutique.본 발명은 텔로머라제로부터 유래된 세포 투과성 펩티드, 그 세포 투과성 펩티드와 항암제와의 컨쥬게이트 및 상기 컨쥬게이트를 포함한 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 세포 투과성 펩티드를 이용하면 암 특이적인 항암제 전달에 효과적인 수단을 제공할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로는 본 발명의 세포 투과성 펩티드와 항암제를 결합한 컨쥬게이트를 제조하여 기존 항암제의 적용 농도를 감소시키고, 암 특이성을 부여할 수 있어 치료 과정에서의 부작용 감소 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
