PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam sterilization facility that does not have an adverse effect such as the contamination of an object to be irradiated without generating powder or dust.SOLUTION: A device for sterilizing an outer surface of a container by an electronic beam applied onto a preform body P from an electron beam irradiation device includes: a container conveying device 21 for holding and conveying the preform body P； a container rotation device 26 provided to the container conveying device 21 for rotating the preform body P； and a magnetic force type driving force transmission mechanism 31 for transmitting driving force in a non-contact manner by a belt-like magnetic force body 32 and an annular magnetic force body 33 of the container rotation device 26.
