PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fat measuring instrument equipped with a bio-impedance measuring abdominal part mounting unit which reduces the pain given to a subject, enables the smooth breathing operation and can be mounted on the subject in a close contact state with good reproducibility regardless of the waist length of the subject.SOLUTION: The body fat measuring instrument 1A is equipped with a bio-impedance measuring body part mounting unit 100 including an electrode support part and a belt part. The belt part has a stretchable region in its part and the electrode support part has a fixing part to which one end part of the belt part is fixed and a holding part which holds the part near to the other end part of the belt part in a movable manner and includes a winding length regulating mechanism 32 capable of regulating the winding length of the belt part.
