PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an erroneous report for requiring confirmation of location of a case to a medical worker, in the state where the light is put out in a sickroom in the nighttime, and the case of a nurse call slave machine is not covered with a futon.SOLUTION: A first illuminance sensor 4 is provided on a position where a case is difficult to be taken by a patient, and a second illuminance sensor 13 is provided on a wall unit 10 for relaying a call signal outputted from a nurse call slave machine 1. When a value detected by the first illuminance sensor 4 is below a first prescribed value, and a value detected by the second illuminance sensor 13 is over a second prescribed value which is larger than the first prescribed value, a notification for requiring confirmation of location of the case to a medical worker is performed by a notification part 23. Consequently, in the state where the inside of a sickroom is bright and the case is covered with a futon, a notification for urging confirmation of location of the case to the medical worker is performed, and in the other cases, the notification is not performed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】夜間に病室が消灯されていて、ナースコール子機の筺体が布団を被っていない状態で、筐体の所在の確認を医療従事者に要請する誤報が行われないようにする。【解決手段】筺体の患者に持たれ難い位置に第一の照度センサー4を設け、ナースコール子機1から出力された呼出信号を中継するウォールユニット10に第二の照度センサー13を設けて、第一の照度センサー4によって検出された値が第一の所定値以下であり、かつ、第二の照度センサー13によって検出された値が第一の所定値よりも大きい第二の所定値以上である場合に、報知部23にて筐体の所在の確認を医療従事者に要請する報知を行うようにしているので、病室内が明るく、筺体が布団を被っている状態では、筺体の所在の確認を医療従事者に促す報知が行われ、それ以外の場合にはその報知が行われない。【選択図】図1
