PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opioid receptor agonist to be used in an antidotal treatment intending to lower the level of a chemical substance or a drug in the plasma of an individual having a physical dependence on the chemical substance or the drug.SOLUTION: Provided is an antidotal treatment includes: a step of providing a first dosing regimen for an opioid receptor agonist as a chemical substance or a drug causing physical dependence or a step of stabilizing the level of an alternative chemical substance or drug； a step of titrating an initial peak level of the opioid receptor agonist in the plasma of the individual during a prescribed dosing period； a step of titrating the minimal level of the opioid receptor agonist in the individual's plasma immediately before the end of the dosing period； and a step of providing two or more times of subsequent dosing of the opioid receptor during two or more subsequent dosing periods. Each subsequent dosing period needs a step of dosing a certain amount of the opioid receptor agonist； and a step of titrating a peak level and a minimal level in the dosing period to make sure that the minimal level of the opioid receptor agonist in the plasma in the susequent dosing period is lower at most 5% of the minimal level of the opioid receptor agonist in the preceding dosing period. The totalized two or more dosing periods extend the treatment method to 70 or more days.【課題】本発明の目的は、化学物質または薬物に対する身体的依存性が生じている個人の、血漿中の化学物質または薬物の濃度を減少させる解毒処置に使用するための、オピオイド受容体アゴニストを提供することである。【解決手段】解毒処置は、身体的依存性を引き起こす化学物質もしくは薬物であるオピオイド受容体アゴニストの最初の投薬レジメンを提供する段階、または代替の化学物質もしくは薬物の濃度を安定化させる段階、あらかじめ規定された投薬期間に個人の血漿中のオピオイド受容体アゴニストの初期ピーク濃度を滴定する段階、あらかじめ規定された投薬期間の終了直前に、個人の血漿中のオピオイド受容体アゴニストの最低濃度レベルを滴定する段階、および複数の後続の投与期間にオピオイド受容体アゴニストの複数の後続の投薬を提供する段階を包含し、各後続の投薬期間は、ある投薬量のオピオイド受容体アゴニストを投与する段階、および後続の投薬期間における血漿中のオピオイド受容体アゴニストの最低濃度レベルが、先行する投薬期間のオピオイド受容体アゴニストの最低濃度レベルの多くとも5パーセントまで減少することを保証するために、投薬期間のピーク濃度および最低濃度レベルを滴定する段階を必要とし、かつ合計された複数の投薬期間は、処置方法を70日間またはそれ以上に延長する。【選択図】なし
