The present invention provides a system for obtaining a fused image for diagnosing cardiovascular diseases, which comprises: a catheter including a head disposed on one end, and a tube extended from the head to the other end to have an optical signal line and an electrical signal line, wherein optical signals and sound wave signals in blood vessels are outputted or inputted through the head; a pullback device penetrated and connected by the tube to guide rotation and movement of the catheter and provide a connection terminal for connecting the electrical signal line; a first signal sending device connected to the optical signal line to provide a first light source to the catheter and receive an optical signal received by the catheter from an area inside the blood vessels; a second signal sending device connected to the optical signal line to provide a second light source to the catheter; a third signal sending device connected to the connection terminal of the pullback device to provide an electrical signal for generating sound waves through the electrical signal line to the catheter, and receive an electrical signal for the sound wave signal received by the catheter from an area inside the blood vessels; an image processing device receiving an optical signal and an electrical signal provided by the catheter to generate an image; an output device outputting the image processed by the image processing device; and a control device controlling the pullback device, the first signal sending device, the second signal sending device, the third signal sending device, the image processing device, and the output device.
