PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture support device that enables one doctor to precisely perform a puncture operation while seeing an ultrasonic diagnostic image.SOLUTION: A puncture support device comprises: a device body 10 that can be moved by being gripped by a user an ultrasonic probe holding section 15 that is provided at the device body 10 and holds an ultrasonic probe 40 a puncture needle drive unit 20 that is provided at the device body 10 in a displaceable manner and allows attachment of a puncture needle N motors M1, M2 and M3 that drive the puncture needle drive unit 20 a monitor 30 that displays an ultrasonic tomographic image obtained by the ultrasonic probe 40 and a controller 60 that controls the motors M1, M2 and M3.
