The present invention relates to a method for forming brain stimulation cognitive response images, in which a subject is set under control of eye-closed condition, visual condition, auditory condition, and cognitive condition, and glucose molecules with carbon 11 isotopes are injected into the body of the subject, which is then subjected to brain imaging to observe the brain activities in response to the change of the injected glucose molecules with carbon 11 isotopes when the subject does not receive external stimuli or the subject receives various external stimuli.
