A foamable composition is provided that includes at least 40 wt. % alcohol, based upon the total weight of the alcoholic composition； a foaming surfactant, such as a branched polyether dimethicone surfactant； and optionally at least one additional ingredient selected from foam enhancers, skin-feel modifiers, and moisturizers.
