The present invention relates to a composition for stabilizing TNFα binding protein which represents bioactivity. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a composition for stabilizing protein, the composition comprising a basic amino acid and a sugar and/or an ammonium salt a pharmaceutical formulation comprising the same and a method for stabilizing TNFα binding protein. The formulation using a basic amino acid and a sugar and/or an ammonium salt according to the present invention effectively inhibits aggregation, denaturation, and oxidation of TNFα binding protein, for example an anti-TNF-alpha antibody used for the treatment of various diseases, thereby enabling long-term preservation and storage of the protein. Thus, the formulation is useful since the formulation can be widely used in medical fields using TNFα binding protein, for example an anti-TNF-alpha antibody.La présente invention concerne une composition pour stabiliser une protéine de liaison à TNFα qui présente une activité biologique.
