PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telescopic extension rod improving a fixing phenomenon at a joining part of a butt upper rod with a butt rod.SOLUTION: This telescopic extension rod is constituted so as to hold the butt upper rod 10 and butt rod 11 in an extended state by the joining part B formed over the outer circumferential surface of the end part at the final end side of the butt upper rod 10 and the inner circumferential surface of the end part at the tip end side of the butt rod 11.
